The Rustic range is a high-quality product line with its own special character. Our sourdough is made in France. Once a week, it’s transported to our bakery, where we shape it into products. This is what makes our bread products unique.
Wherever possible, our bread products are baked without any unnecessary additives.
As the saying goes: good food takes time. This is definitely true for bread. After kneading the dough, we leave it to rise. The result is a tasty bread with a very light and airy structure.
Because we bake most of our bread products on the floor of the oven, they all have a thin, but very crispy crust. A crust with a clean bite.
